Do I need a new TxMCCS account?
Yes. TxDMV replaced MCCS and eLINC. Old logins do not transfer. After you create a new TxMCCS account, claim your existing certificate with USDOT number and EIN. We can do that for you.
Do I need a TxDMV number or MC authority?
Intrastate-only carriers in Texas typically need a TxDMV number. Interstate operations usually need USDOT and MC authority. If you run both, you may need both. The Lewisville team can tell you which filings apply.
